How do you maintain an active lifestyle with your busy schedule? There are two key components I recommend to my patients:
1. Structure – Add exercise to your weekly agenda the same way you schedule work or school. You may not always feel like going to work or class, but once you are there, you become immersed in accomplishing tasks and goals. Working out follows the same pattern of behavior.
2. Accountability – Be accountable to someone about completing your daily or weekly exercise goals. Join a team, be part of a class, meet a friend consistently every Saturday morning to work-out. If I can’t make my tennis group, I am going to hear from my fellow players, because I’ve let them down. (So I rarely miss a match!)
Whether it’s cardio or strength training, add a fitness session to your schedule at least three times a week. It will go a long way toward contributing to your weight maintenance and weight loss.
Please let me know how to lose the 30pounds regained.

Wow!!!!
This as I travel around the country for work these lessons keep me connected and accountable.
Keeping with the theme, I joined a gym that is located everywhere I go… that number one
And the structure is, it’s a good thing I am by myself as distractions are minimized. So after work I go to the gym, do my thing, and I’m watching an interesting series on next flicks and poof I’m done. Being away from home sure did help cause now I’ve brought this routine/structure home.
Thanks for reading and THANKS TEAM PrimeSurgi
great job Stephanie… keep it up
