We’re in mid-summer already! (Why do the good times seem to fly by too quickly?) When I looked at my calendar this morning, it was a wake-up call that NOW is the time to complete all those adventures (and goals) I planned during the cold, dark days of winter.
Today is a perfect day to turn a corner, make a change, do things differently or react in a new way to old negative triggers.
Maybe you’d like to stop eating junk food when you get home from work or school. Could today be the day you get up off the couch and try that new group fitness class at 7:00 pm? Perhaps you’ll get a new water bottle and commit to drinking 3 bottles a day.
Today is YOUR day. You can make anything happen. Do something good for yourself, just for you, just today. Then, perhaps, you’ll do it again tomorrow.
